Demolition
Clearing the ground the next job depends on
Almost every landscape renovation starts by taking something out — a failed deck, a leaning fence, a cracked slab, an overgrown bed, a lawn that has not been worth watering for years. Done carelessly this is the stage that wrecks the budget: a slab broken up with no plan for the spoil, buried irrigation cut without tracing it, or the neighbours' fence damaged getting a machine in. We survey access first, protect what stays, locate irrigation and utilities before we break ground, then demolish in an order that leaves a clean, level, workable site. Everything goes out — concrete, timber, green waste, and old base material — separated for recycling where it can be, so what you are left with is ground the next stage can actually start on.
Our Process
Survey Access
How machinery and material get in and out decides the method — and often the price — before anything else.
Protect and Locate
What is staying gets protected, and irrigation and utilities get traced before anything is broken.
Demolish in Order
Taken apart in a sequence that keeps the site safe and workable rather than burying it in rubble.
Clear and Grade
Everything hauled off, ground left level and clean, ready for the build that follows.
