Landscaping in Rohnert Park, CA

Rohnert Park is planned housing on flat ground, which makes it some of the most straightforward work we do — and it shows in the price, because a level lot with drive-in access costs far less to build on than a hillside.

The two jobs that come up most here are lawns and fences. A lot of the original lawns are thirty years of compaction under a thin layer of grass, so they either want stripping and re-laying properly or replacing with turf; either way the answer starts under the surface rather than on top of it. The fences went in as whole neighbourhoods at once, which means they are failing as whole neighbourhoods now — usually at the posts, with panels that still have years left in them.
